The kind of life where laps are sacred territory, soft blankets are a birthright, and the best place to be is curled up beside her favorite person. Princess spent her life deeply loved and spoiled by her owner, who sadly had to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender her due to declining health. Because her person was a man, Princess does seem to naturally gravitate toward men and tends to feel more comfortable with them. She is definitely a shy girl, especially when meeting someone new. Princess isn’t the type of kitty who will immediately run into a stranger’s arms. **Her trust has to be earned.** She needs someone willing to give her the time and patience to decide that she feels safe. But once you have her trust, **you have it.** Underneath that cautious exterior is an incredibly affectionate, devoted little lap cat who loves being close to her person. Once Princess chooses you, she wants to curl up beside you, soak up affection, and simply enjoy being yours. She was cherished throughout her life, and that love has stayed with her. It shows in the way she seeks comfort once she feels safe and in the beautiful bond she forms with the people she trusts. Adoption Process

We hold phone interviews/screening process. If everything sounds good we then ask for a quick video chat, video tour or photos of the home to know exactly what kind of environment they'll be in. We may also come over an do a home tour with the cat. once we feel the cat and owner are a good match, you fill out the contract and pay adoption fee.
